Newrest France serves French Blue
On Saturday 10 September, 2016, Newrest France provided services for the first flight operated by French Blue, France’s first low-cost long-haul company.
Newrest France served 348 meals for this inaugural flight. There are currently two weekly flights from Paris Orly to Punta Cana, transporting 378 passengers per flight. Passengers can select their menu by placing an order 48 hours before departure time. A total of 232 meals were ordered for Monday’s Standard flight.
By the end of the year, French Blue plans to run four weekly flights, and hopes to open a Paris-Cuba line from 9 December.
